  • Express It Openly: Tell someone you appreciate them. Write a thank-you note. Send a heartfelt message. Gratitude is even more powerful when it’s shared.
  • Reflect During Meditation or Prayer: During your quiet moments of stillness, reflect on the blessings in your life. Let that sense of thankfulness fill your thoughts and calm your mind.
  • Use Visual Cues: Stick notes with gratitude quotes or reminders on your mirror, wall, or notebook. These small cues keep your intention alive throughout the day.
  • Go on Gratitude Walks: Step outside and observe your surroundings. Think about what you're thankful for, like the fresh air, the chirping birds, the sky above you. It's a powerful way to reconnect with life. Sometimes, I do this after study sessions, and it really refreshes me.
